I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

This is a stunning hotel. A great location for site seeing and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful. Five star amenities and service. Our room was beautiful, clean and full of little extras. The restaurant was fantastic. The manager brought several traditional dishes for us to try for dinner and was extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast is one of the very best we have ever had. Highly recommend the hotel. We will be back.

  • Best hotel for signseeing in central Beijing

Beijing Hotel has three main buildings (Buildings A, B, C) by Chang-An street 长安街. Beijing Hotel NUO (北京饭店-诺金) is Building B in the middle, which also includes Building E that is behind Building B. My room was in E, which is spacious and modern. The best for this hotel is its location, which is just by the famed Tian-An-Men. It is a short walking to the TAM square, the Palace Museum, the ultra-modern National Centre for the Performing Arts, the WFJ shopping street, and many other landmarks. You won't regret stay there.

Chose the hotel for location to the Forbidden City and tour access. It was extremely comfortable, spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded through the Expedia program and had a fabulous suite overlooking the main street.

Everything was well appointed with many thoughtful touches. If ever again in Beijing I would return here.

Stayed three nights in the Nuo Beijing Hotel. Rooms were quite large, effectively one bedroom suites with an attached sitting room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very well supplied. Most of the staff spoke English and were quite helpful. Lounge was a bit pricey but Beijing is no longer cheap. Very close to shopping, Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City. Great restaurants within easy reach.

  • A great surprise for our short stay in Beijing

    Nov 13, 2018 | Trip type: Couples

Booked at the Nuo primarily because of its location and its definately worth it when you arrive. The hotel in situated in a great area with everything you would need close by. We were very surprised at how nice the room was and we felt the internet photo's undersold the rooms online. We didnt use the amenities or the restaurant/ bar but the star of our stay which we did use a lot was the knowledge of Nuo's concierges. We can't thank both Hank and Coolio enough for helping us to find our way around Beijing. Good service was hard to find in China and we only experienced truly great service in the Nuo despite a 2 week trip in 3 cities around China. Well done to the team at Beijing Nuo! Sorry for the delayed review as we stayed about one month ago.
