I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Could be better

Warangal, India | Oct 23, 2015 | Trip type: Couples

The location seems very grand, with wide roads facing the hotel, but the location can be a huge disadvantage as the pollution is always very high and the smog can make it very uncomfortable. The lobby seems grand, check in was fairly quick .The rooms though large , were lacking in air conditioning apparently due government regulations as all ac's in Beijing had to be switched off during this period [ the first two weeks of October ] .My only grouse being either the hotel should charge less for the rooms since the absence of air conditioning would make the rooms quite uncomfortable or else at least provide ceiling fans to compensate for the lack of ventilation [ to make matters worse the windows refused to open making it really stuffy ].The other facilities are fairly standard in a hotel of this size, the breakfast buffet was quite adequate- nothing elaborate .The staff are quite helpful [ when they can understand you ].
Can be recommended as a five star hotel in Beijing

  • Excellent hotel

Centrally located hotel, big, beautiful room, great swimming pool, very nice breakfast, comfortable lobby. The hotel is very elegant, a pleasure to walk inside and just look at the central areas. The staff are friendly and helpful and they speak reasonable English.

  • A "Business" Hotel

Mumbai (Bombay), India | Sep 28, 2015 | Trip type: Couples

This hotel is what you would call a true business hotel. A huge reception, loads of meeting rooms and convention area and efficient service. The room service was good, and we got an awesome room with a view. Though steeply priced and the breakfast was expensive too, the central location of the hotel brings you convenience if a little bit of tourism is on your mind.
Recommended if you are a business traveller with a short trip to the city for sight-seeing on your mind.

  • Good location for business and sightseeing

Washington DC, District of Columbia | Sep 26, 2015 | Trip type: Business

The International Hotel is located 3 metro stops or 30-min walk from Tianmen Square (same avenue) making it a good option to visit the forbidden city, Mao's mausoleum and other touristic spots.
The rooms are relatively smaller than other 5-star hotels but are nice and modern. Free internet does not work that well in the rooms. Conference rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast is really good and there is a lot of variety (Chinese and international). Lunch is good too.
Perhaps main opportunity for improvement is to hire more staff that speak basic English. Many people don't (probably because most guests are Chinese).
    good option

  • Excellent facilities.Highly recommend it !

    U.K & Hyderabad,India | Sep 22, 2015 | Trip type: Family

The hotel is very well located and of a very good standard.
The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with all that one needs.
Hairdryer and a locked mini bar is provided.
If one wants to use the mini bar then they need to contact the reception to get it opened for them.
There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
We were on the higher floors and it was quiet; even so one could hear the car horns sometimes.
Hotel is non-smoking so a big relief.
The only gripe for some could be that there is a lovely curved glass partition for the bathroom from the bedroom; though they have shower curtains to obscure the view.
TV, telephone, clean sheets changed everyday if one required it.
Breakfast menu is vast and of good quality.
Overall a very good 5* hotel in the capital city of China.
