I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

Incredible, I would recommend to anyone from a millionaire to budget traveller. First, the staff provided service from beginning to end that was outrageously impressive. I asked Lincoln (front desk) where there is a convenience store. Instead of telling me directions, he brought me outside, walked me 1.5 blocks to the convenience store, and helped me shop (as I only know english). The room was beautifully furnished and decorated. The location was as good as it gets. Price is way lower than it could be. BOOK NOW!

I was a bit skeptical of booking here as the price was much less than other hotels of the same quality reviews. But I’m so glad I did! This place is in the heart of the shopping district and a 15 minute walk to The Forbidden City. The one bedroom apartment I choose was absolutely stunning. High quality furniture and furnishings including superior linens and toiletries. The staff were all very helpful and good with English. If you wish, they have a lovely breakfast buffet for $15US. Or, you can bop around the corner to the walking/shopping street for an early morning egg McMuffin! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. If ever I return there is no question of where I would stay, Lee Gardens,

Stayed at Lee’s Garden Service Apartments for six nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed & told we’d been upgraded to a 1br suite! Got to our suite & it really stank of fresh cigarette smoke. Called the front desk & they said they’d move us to a different room right away. About 5 minutes later, we were in our new room without the smoke smell.

The hotel is very nice. At least one person at the front desk spoke pretty good English. The on-site restaurant is good. $14/person for breakfast, but there was a very large selection, including a fresh made omelette station.

Location of the hotel is great. We walked to tiennamen square & the forbidden city. Lots of shops & restaurants near by too.

Highly recommend & we’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights here. Check in was fast and simple which was good after a long flight from the US. Very quiet area and good light out drapes. The eat in kitchen was nice which we used for most breakfasts but we did have the hotel breakfast a couple of mornings which was ok.

The washer was convenient as we were heading on to Seoul and this allowed to to start everything clean. The washer works on the same current as the room so if you are going to start laundry and then go out, leave the key in the slot unlike we did. Laundry took about 2 hours a load depending on dry time.

Overall good stay, would stay again.

We spent a week here and were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 1 bedroom deluxe apartment and it was huge. Everything was very clean but for some reason, in our half bathroom there was always a strong smell of pesticide or something that was horrible. But that is my only complaint. The location is great, the staff is helpful and we found the 5th and 6th floors of the APM mall a block away to have a huge variety of excellent restaurants. If you are looking for a grocery, you can take the #5 subway line up one stop to Wumart. Just be aware they only take cash. We found this a lot around Beijing so always carry cash. There is an ATM just outside of the hotel. I highly recommend Lee Garden!
