I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Great location, very unclean bathroom
    Nienkeo
Amstelveen, The Netherlands | Sep 18, 2015 | Trip type: Couples

The Traveler inn is a hotel that needs renovation. Our airco didn't work, nether did the ventilation in the bathroom. As a result there was fungi everywhere. This was room 312.
The beds were really hard, but we understand this is typical for China.
The location was very good, within the 2nd ring. The nearest metro station is 10 min. walking away.

  • Not bad, price considered

Sep 14, 2015 | Trip type: Solo travel

Located in a very interesting area with all the small streets comming alive during evening and nighttime, the hotel was a so so experience.
The room was clean, but the furniture was pretty worn out. The breakfast buffet was ok and was a mix of continental and some local dishes.
The plce was nice for me as a lone traveler on a students income.

  • Affordable hotel

Aug 10, 2015 | Trip type: Friends getaway

    Positive,
Hotel is affordable and facilities fits the price.
Breakfast was mostly the same but good.
    Spacious rooms and clean
    Walking distance to the subway
    Negative,
The street to the hotel is very very inconvenient. It's one way and at nights very confused, during rainy days it gets very dirty .
Very few hotel staff speaks English.

  • 4 days as a Tourist...great stay.

Knoxville, Tennessee | Jul 21, 2015 | Trip type: Business

The hotel was in an interesting location...the street outside the hotel comes alive at night with various outdoor eaterys and unique places to see which felt like the real Beijing . The location is not far from the subway as well. The hotel itself is clean but the rooms were warm and wouldn't cool. Rooms were small but comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Very little english at the front desk but we managed OK. Also in the early morning on the main street outside the hotel there are lots of street vendors making unique pasteries and other treats. I would recommend but there are also lots of other options out there

  • Bed bugs
    Steve A
Stockholm, Sweden | Nov 10, 2015 | Trip type: Couples

After staying here we both had red dots on our body. When we got home this did not stop. We had to sanitize our apartment and the company told us that we had gotten bed bugs. I do not recommend anyone to stay here
