I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Great hotel if you need to be in this part of the city
    Chris H
Sydney, Australia | Oct 27, 2015 | Trip type: Family

We were lucky enough to be given a couple of nights here as a gift from friends, whereas we normally stay outside of the main thoroughfares and the awful Beijing traffic. However, rwe liked the hotel so much we extended our stay - it's a great place to stay.
After our Uber driver found the entrance to the hotel (be warned,
although Uber cars are usually better, the drivers tend to come from outside the city and rely on their GPS and get lost a lot) we were escorted up to the 66th floor reception, checked in and back down to our room on the 47th floor in double quick time....very efficient and friendly service.
The room was spacious, well furnished in that Park Hyatt way, with comfortable beds, linens, etc. The bathroom was slightly odd, with a big square bath, excellent rain shower and separate toilet. The vanity and handbasin are off to one side at the entrance to the walk in robe, again slightly odd and perhaps not the best use of space. Our room faced west down towards Changan and Tiananmen....a great view on the non-polluted days which we were lucky enough to get.
The buffet breakfast at the China Grill on the 66th floor is recommended, with plenty of choice to suit most Western and Asian tastes. Great service as well, looking after our 8 year old in particular. Super views over the city. We had dinner with friends in the same restaurant, and for a hotel offering, the food and service was excellent. The only wrinkle was a bottle of Merlot that had corked (I wasn't quite sure, but the sommelier confirmed) but this was exchanged for another bottle quickly and pleasantly.
The pool and gym are pretty good, well looked after, and seemingly little used, at least when we were there.
Overall, this is a great choice if you need to be in this part of the city, and don't need road journeys to get to appointments, etc. unless you don't mind the subway, which is cheap and efficient, but packed at rush hour. Lastly, some of the best views from a hotel room in Beijing....ask for a West facing room for views all the way to the Fragrant Hills.
We will be back, be it for business or leisure....recommended.

Not "one of" just the best! Hyatt diamond benefit is incredible and we are upgrade to a huge suite. I travel with my kid. It is very very conveniently for us. The diamond benefit include full breakfast in "beijingliang" restaurant. It has best view of Beijing. Strongly recommended!

  • Great hotel
    Oct 21, 2015 | Trip type: Business

I have been to Beijing many times. However my stay at the Park Hyatt was certainly my most pleasant stay amongst these many trips. The hotel lobby is located at the top of a skyscraper. The guest room that I stayed was some twenty floors down. Nonetheless, the view from my room was very nice. The service at the hotel was first rate. The breakfast was exceptional. My only criticism was that the internet was somewhat slow. All in all, highly recommended.

  • Top of the town
New York City, New York | Oct 21, 2015 | Trip type: Couples

We spent 3 nights as Diamond members on points and cash and a suite upgrade. The property is very nice. The same set up as the Park Hyatt in Shanghai with the lobby above all the rooms and a separate elevator. Out side architecture of the building is nothing to go on about but it boasts a great view of close by buildings like the CCTV Tower and the World Trade tower 3. We were amazed by the level of pollution.
We really thought the staff was friendly and attentive. The pool and the gym are both fantastic! Lots of equipment and the pool is a great size for laps. The food outlets are all very nice, we had great food the whole stay. Sebastian was on point and made us very comfortable. Fiona at the concierge desk was very nice to us and booked our trip to the Great Wall.
The room was very nice and functioned well. We liked the lay out and the generous bathroom and living room.
I would stay there again and highly recommend this property.

  • Simply EXCELLENT!
Milan, Italy | Oct 20, 2015 | Trip type: Business

Hotel location is very convenient, just in front of China World, 5 mins driving from SKP luxury shopping mall (in the best in China), 15 mins driving from Forbidden City.
Hotel hardware is very luxury and extremely well mantained.
Rooms are very spaciuos, extremely clean, with luxury amenities and good electronic equipment.
    Room service is excellent.
    Laundry service is excellent.
Gym is very good: spaciuos, clean, all Technogym equipment, with a very comprehensive tools assortment even for an advanced training (the only suggestion to the hotel nanagement: please add an Abdominal Crunch, there are no machines to train the abs!!)
China Grill restaurant is very good, with a very comprehensive Western & Chinese menu, a good wine list (dinner prices about 1.000 rmb per person), a stunning view over the city.
China Bar, the hotel bar, is a very famous night spot in the city.
Staff English, by the way, is quite poor.
In my opinion, after more than 15 business trips in Beijing, the best luxury accomodation in the city.
    Highly recommended.
