I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

We were a group of 20 and several had flooding problems, showers overflowed into the bathroom, the drainage started filling the bathroom when the room above was being used. On the first night we had two “engineers” in our room until 23,30, after a 20 hour flight. No one at reception could speak English / French / Spanish. Eventually the night manager offered us to change to another room. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

    Dear Guest,

Greetings from DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing and thank you for sharing your experience with us!

Regarding the bathroom facility issue, please accept my apologizes for your discomfort accommodation experience. I will follow up with engineer at once. And we will work even harder and training English to maintain your trust for future stays!

We value your feedback and it is the best way of improving our service. I do hope we will have the chance to make the things right and welcome you back in the near future.

  • Wonderful Stay

Dallas, Texas | May 3, 2018 | Trip type: Family

We stayed at the Hilton Doubletree for six nights. First off, the Hilton Honors welcome email from Sandra and check in were outstanding and we loved the cookies! Sandra, Zoe and Shao took the very best care of all of our needs! One evening I left my bag in the Honors lounge and when I rushed back an hour later - knowing it would be gone - there was Shao with my bag and all contents safe, including passports!
The rooms were comfy and clean! Nice bed linens and duvet and thick and fluffy towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Any extras we needed were quickly brought up. The Hilton Honors lounge was wonderful for breakfasts and evening snacks with a great selection.
The location was very close to the train station we arrived at - just two stops and a five minute walk. Just steps away were Dominos Pizza, Pizza Hut, 7-11, Starbucks, a French bakery and Green Bazar had great wraps and smoothies. Also, Rainbow Mall attached.
The subway offered access to all the main sights and enabled us to avoid the famous Beijing traffic - just be aware of the crowds during rush hour and plan accordingly!
We were two families traveling together with four children and we give the hotel the highest rating!

  • Amazing Hospitality of Double Tree by Hilton Beijing

Our recent stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Bejing has been a memorable as we celebrated the birthday of our loving daughter Safia Amreen Noor in Bejing on 29-April 2018. The Hotel staffs were so enthusiastic in wishing her by cutting cake and cheering. We had a wonderful time in Beijing city and its outskirts, especially visiting the historic one of the 7-wonders of the world The Great Wall of China, Beijing World Park, Temple of Haven, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and the exciting Summer Palace. Walking through the shopping areas such as Pearl Market, Silk Market and Wanfujing Shopping Street was fascinating. Above all, the temptation was witnessing the Great Wall of China, which is necessary to see in China.
In fine, the services of Double Tree by Hilton Beijing was outstanding with amazing hospitality of its staff including the front desk officials Cherry, Sandra, Shao and the concierge Alisia and Draben. They were so caring and supportive. The hotel is ideally located at a center point in the city closer to many attraction sites and shopping areas, which I am sure any tourist will like this hotel for staying. I must underscore that a good team of Double Tree by Hilton Beijing are remarkable as they extend their customer satisfaction services. The two restaurants including the executive lounge are comfortable with amazing hot breakfast, international and traditional cuisine. There is a need to provide complimentary Hilton shuttle services for airport pick up and drop off like other Hilton in Middle East and Africa does at least for their Hilton Honors GOLD members.
I will once again stay at Double Tree by Hilton Beijing

  • Really just OK
    Kiwi124
New Zealand | Apr 25, 2018 | Trip type: Business

The hotel lobby looks promising by my room was tired and worn (bed was comfortable though which is really really important!). The breakfast buffet had a relatively small selection of food and what we did try was not particularly appetising. On the first morning we ordered a la carte and that food was actually very good. I think the difference was that the buffet food was made well in advance and just sits under heat lamps until it is old, tired, and given up the will to live... Ok, that's taking it a bit far but it did seem old and tired.

I went to Beijing for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my two sisters. Hunter, the concierge, arranged our transportation from the airport to the hotel. Zoe and Andy helped with the checking, the hot cookies and tea were very much appreciated. The concierge staff was very helpful during our stay, especially Andy who helped us with apps on our phones, train tickets to Shijazhuang, tour package to the Great Wall etc. We had no problems getting help from the staff the whole time we were there. They called taxis for us (and escorted us until we got in the car), suggested better alternatives, and even physically went to the train station to purchase tickets for us.
Andy and Hunter again arranged our transportation back to the airport and.
Andy, Hunter, Zoe, Frank and the whole concierge crew were amazing. We will ablsolutely stay there again
