I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights in July 2015. The staff was great. The room was perfect. One evening I was headed out to the store for some movie snacks. I was chased down the sidewalk where a Hilton employee beckoned me back suggesting I should bring an umbrella. He hooked me up and within minutes it was a deluge. He saved me!!
Executive lounge food was good. My one tiny complaint is that the cheese selection did not include enough variety. Otherwise the food (especially breakfast) was superlative.

I loved my room. I was upgraded to the hotel's executive wing. The room was very spacious and the architecture was distinctly Chinese. It felt quite luxurious. I also enjoyed the executive lounge. It was not crowded and the ambiance was very relaxed. The lounge offered complimentary dining (snacks) daily. I was able to use the hotel's gym and it was a well-appointed gym. The equipment were new and the whole gym was very clean.

The last time I reviewed the hotel in April / May 2015 - I had serious issues with service level and communications. This visit in September - I was shocked to say the least at the excellence in English, care and support that the staff provided. Always attending and alert, well healed and caring, reasonable communicable English, although with a heavy Beijing accent - now I do not want to stay anywhere else. And that speaks volumes. Staying at the Executive Towers now - with room prices incl. of breakfast, the rooms are huge, well stocked, extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you would require and to top it - PURE branded with air purifiers and high oxygen levels, in each room. Great place to sleep in, lounge and even work in case you desired it. Congratulations to the management team who ensured this transformation.

  • Good hotel in the CBD area

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Got upgraded to their PURE rooms, which has individual air purifiers/ionizers for maximum air freshness. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Breakfast was acceptable, I've seen more choices elsewhere. Had problems with internet connection to my laptop, which spoiled the otherwise great experience. Walking distance to a shopping mall, which was nice, but otherwise nothing much around the neighbourhood within walking distance; you need to take a taxi to go anywhere else.

  • Another great stay at this hotel

This was my fourth stay at this hotel so knew what to expect. Have become quite familiar with the local surroundings so know where all the local places are, several bars and restaurants nearby - the Grand Summit centre just behind the hotel has a few restaurants. The location of the hotel is in a business/diplomatic area and close to a metro station so central Beijing is only around 30 to 40 minutes away. In the hotel itself the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and always courteous. I made good use of the gym and pool which was a good way to unwind after a long working day. Overall a very good hotel and will be staying here again on my next trip to Beijing.
