I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

Like all MOs this one is amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the service is friendly and impeccable. The restaurants are good but there are plenty of outside options in the vicinity, including some delicious local food in the mall next door. Concierge staff are happy to provide recommendations and arrange transport and reservations. All staff speak English. Using credit cards or withdrawing cash from ATMs in China can be problematic so consult the staff about options.

  • The MO experience - More than Ordinary
    Vince_HK
    Hong Kong, China | Aug 20, 2019

Have been here a few times but this is the first time I leave a review as this time i did not come to stay for the business trip.

The MO experience was well maintained, from the receptionist to the cleaner to the waitress in the restaurant to the staff in the lobby, everyone performed their role well in a truly professional yet friendly manner.

This year seems to be the 6th Anniversairy of MO GZ, yet the room is still in a perfect condition. The bath is still sparkling white with no stains (that material could easily be stained if not maintained properly) Room was spacious even for the cheapest category, with the signature dual basins setup and a separate area for bath and shower. The shower has places to sit down, which seems to be a norm in the Chinese hotels.

Needless to say the location is great as it is within the shopping centre of Taikoohui. Lots of shopping centres nearby with plentiful of restaurants if you decide not to eat inside the hotel.

The pool was great (though a bit small) with a giant jacuzzi pool. Breakfast had a huge selection and one must try the egg benedict/floretine.

The only minor comment is on the alarm clock. They have gone through the great length to make the guests comfortable at night (Comfy pillows and mattress), the room was complete dark (not a single streetlight passed through the blinds) yet you could hear the seconds hand ticking in the alarm clock next to you. I hope they could invest in those models with the silent "seconds" hand in future.

The concierge is unbelievable, Me and my baby want some Japanese restaurant for reference. The Tall guy at concierge desk is amazing, he told us there were around 36 Japanese restaurant near the hotel, Besides the traditional Japanese restaurant (Sushi and Sashimi), There are two new style Japanese restaurant near the hotel. The tall guy show me the way to Toritama, but there were too many people waiting for table, therefore we had tried the one at Tai Koo Hui Call Kanpai.....Nice and good Japanese Grill House with fresh ingredients. My baby she is so like.
When we come back, the tall guy come and ask initiatively how was our dinner, So nice .

Very nice hotel, I was stayed at executive floor, Steve must be one of the best employee, He can remember what I order last time, this make me free so warm. And Chase, The guy from concierge to the executive floor to help me for the city information, he took more than an hour to make a tour plan for me, and also assist with my we chat pay.
