I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Good for business trip

Toronto, Canada | Oct 21, 2015 | Trip type: Business

The impressive high-rise, well maintained, huge rooms with everything you need in it.
The breakfast is the best I ever had in Europe or N. America, only Israeli breakfasts could beat it: excellent variety of food catering both European and Asian taste.
The hotel rating lost one point for remote location, from downtown and Pundong International airport.

  • Favorable hotel for business trip

A modern and quiet hotel with a nice restaurant. Room is spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable, and in particular easy to get asleep which is probably one of the important factors for business travelers. Room service is rather good, though dinning in the restaurant is much better. Lobby is tidy and comfortable, and if a taxi is needed and none is available at the hotel, the staff can help to get one within a short time. There is not much attractions nearby, apart from a modern electronic store and a local style shopping area. However, for people who are on business trip, this may not be an issue. Besides, traveling to the City center is convenient and less than an hour with taxi.

  • 23 y/o review, nice hotel boring area
    William3Kelly4USA
Beijing Region, China | Jul 31, 2015 | Trip type: Business

I usually list the price i paid for hotels, but this was a little different than my usual trips. My girlfriend was on a business trip and i simply tagged along.
EASE FROM AIRPORT: i arrived to Shanghai at midnight and promptly got a cab, from the airport to this hotel was 25 mins and less than 100RMB(16$) the cabbie was easily able to find this hotel and there were 0 problems.
CHECK-IN: again i usually list this but this time it is N/A
LOBBY: the lobby had free drinks , tea and fruit water. the couches were nice and soft, and everything looked like a 4 star hotel.
GYM/POOL: the gym was really nice, the machines are all in english and actually use miles not kilometer(small things make me happy) the weights ranged from 2lb(1kg) - 40lb(18kg~) there was a water cooler and many clean fresh towels to use. not crowded at all( 1 other person in fact) need a card to enter, and scale.
THE ROOM: The room is spectacularly clean and so "hip" the dark wood was so nice looking, the desk was glass with a swivel chair, the TV was huge, the safe works well, the closet has a built in light and ironing board with iron, very large window, nice wine glasses in the room and electric water kettle. mix of tea and coffee sachets. The bed was awesome, good sleep, the pillows were super plush.
THE BATHROOM: The bathroom had a nice scale, very expensive looking, non digital. the bathtub was jacuzzi size. BUT the water faucet was too small, took 12 mins to fill up, there is a cool electric powered curtain inbetween the glass, it can raise or lower to connect the bathroom to the bedroom, nice feature. lots of soft toilet paper, it flushes down the toilet no problem, lots of good shampoo and conditioner, cool light fixtures.
RESTAURANT: didn't try any pay restaurants, but i did have the free breakfast, very nice dining area, attentive waitresses, food was good pastries especially good, i as an american was content and happy, my chinese girlfriend was happy(ie. good chinese food options and shes very picky) the process was simple, just say your room number and walk in.
WIFI: the wifi was fast and good, no problems.
LOCATION: WE went to a hot pot place about 10 mins walk, there was a Mcdo 5 mins away, but as mentioned in the title the area was a bit boring,
MISCELLANEOUS: There is no pool which is annoying in a 4 star hotel, the workers were nice and helpful, i asked for a taxi and one arrived in 7 mins, they brought me a drink while i was waiting and talked with the driver to confirm he was going to the right place(thanks guys, its the small details that make people happy) very good hotel,
definitely stay here if you have business in the area and don't like swimming.

  • Pleasantly surprised
    Adler H
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia | Jul 13, 2015

This hotel was a pleasant surprise in a 2nd tier city of Shanghai. Hotel itself was well maintained, clean and of a good international business standard. Further out from main tourist areas, but relatively close (about 20min taxi ride) to the Shanghai Circuit. McDonalds was on the same block and a small convenience store in the same building around the corner. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, other staff less so.
